Only a normal kebab went like that, so nothing great

Every Friday we go to work for kebab, good old man. Well-known kebab Friday. We tested a few shops in the area and the majority of us won the mega kebab. Very fair price. Parking is also very easy, not a matter of course in the shops around here

Since I was there for the first time today and definitely the last time. I will tell you about my very negative experience with the staff or owners. I was really looking forward to a meatball "with" bread and salad. Likewise, spoken loudly and very clearly, repeated twice ... so I ordered the food. None of the employees told me that they only exist "in" bread! So the meatball came "in" bread to the table and without salad. Whereby I have listed my types of lettuce, which I would like to add, and even wrote them down, which implies that a meatball should come from me "in bread" but at least "with salad". When I said that I had ordered it differently, I was texted by 3 people at once. It would be my mistake that I couldn't read and she would have to throw it away now. I didn't get a new order the way I ordered it. Was informed how I should have ordered it only that I should not come anymore! I've been self-employed for over 12 years, so I've never dealt with my customers! Never, and especially not when I greeted her in my shop for the very first time! Apparently they are doing too well and they do not need new customers!
